    1) go to home page click ADD RESOURCE
    2) window says ADD NEW - typing in title is no prob BUT next bit tricky asks to "Add this to .." if you just try type in a group or region it accepts this and says - Done - but its lying - you have to type a few letters of the group or region - wait for drop down menu with options -select one from there, then asks to choose "page" or "upload" - if its a manual or document choose "upload"
    3)new page appears - asks type in title - description etc - and to browse for the document - no problems here BUT TAGS TRICKY - when you begin to type in a simple tag - best if there is an existing one that the site recognises - provides as an option in a drop down menu - select that ONES THAT fit and THEN CLICK ON ADD (DONT PRESS THE ENTER KEY ON YOUR KEYBOARD - JUST HOLD THE CURSOR OVER "ADD" AND CLICK - cont
    4) might wait about a minute for the doc to upload
